So, I want to apply some sort of material or chemical that will only be visible when wet. I want to put it outside so you can only see it on rainy days - something to look forward to when you're soggy-footed. Mattel/Barbie has this technology. It can exist. Anyone have any suggestions for me for any chemicals/pigments/substances that appear when wet?
